Proudest moment When I worked with my first athlete to help him complete his first-ever triathlon. It was an amazing and rewarding moment. I was so proud of him and of what we had accomplished as a team.
Best sporting moment Finishing 1st at the 2008 Junior Elite Asian Cup Aquathlon in Thailand. What a great sense of accomplishment
Hobbies & interests Going out with friends, enjoying a good cup of coffee, reading and watching movies

Volunteering

Jeux de Québec 2016 Coached and mentored adolescents participating in the triathlon; supervised the athletes overnight
McGill 2015 Cross-Country Meet Helped set up the course; provided first-aid assistance, which included caring for a participant who had fainted at the finish line
Verdun Triathlon Québec Cup Helped set up the transition area; distributed water to athletes during the race; guided children aged 7 or 8 through the transition area and helped them move from swim-to-bike-to-run
